He has experience using Agile to deliver large scale ERP systems for companies including: BP, Credit Suisse, Department of Health, Electronic Arts, GalxoSmithKline and UCL. In 2007, Richard created DeltaCapture, software offering visibility and control to organisations during change and beyond.
